This is why coverage is selective, and why the data quality is higher than any national aggregator. New counties are added periodically. Subscription coverage: County coverage is as listed at purchase. Your subscription provides access to analysis for counties in your plan when we publish it — not every city or metro within those counties in every release (see below). Partial Coverage counties exclude county-level property assessment roll (NAL/SAL) analysis, as disclosed above. New counties and NAL/SAL are added periodically; subscribers are notified when their plan expands. Sunbelt Signal does not guarantee any specific county or data source within a subscription period.
Publication (city & metro): Markets listed above reflect our current footprint and may be updated as we add counties, refine definitions, or improve data quality. We aim to publish for all listed markets, but frequency varies by market and release. Where source data is incomplete, unreliable, or too thin for meaningful analysis, we may withhold a market from a release rather than publish misleading figures — separate from Partial Coverage, a standing NAL/SAL limitation for named counties above.
