- Payment data: billing information processed through Stripe (we do not store card details — these are handled directly by Stripe)
- Communication data: the content of emails or enquiries you send us
- Usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on the site — collected via analytics cookies only if you have consented to these
How we use cookies
We use two categories of cookie:
- Essential cookies: required for the site to function. These cannot be disabled. They include your cookie consent preference and any session-related functionality.

- Cloudflare: website hosting and delivery. Cloudflare may process IP addresses and request metadata as part of serving the site.
- Railway: dashboard hosting. Subscriber session data may pass through Railway's infrastructure.
We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your personal data with any third party for their own marketing or commercial purposes.
How long we keep your data
- Contact and enquiry data: retained for up to 3 years from last contact
- Subscriber data: retained for the duration of your subscription plus 2 years
- Payment records: retained for 7 years as required by US tax law
- Analytics data: retained in aggregate only; not linked to individuals
Rights under UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and applicable US law
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction: request that inaccurate data be corrected
